Studio Hallett Ike were approached to design and transform ​an under used corner plot in West London. The site sits in a challenging area backed by domestic residential roads, and fronted with a developing and rapidly changing high street. The aim of the project is to sensitively develop the plot to create a mixed use part commercial, part residential scheme.

​

A mix of one and two bed apartments, including accessible apartments, has been thoughtfully designed via an efficient layout, contextual materials, and ample space for the occupiers. The scheme aims to generate much needed homes for the area, whilst maintaining a contemporary and timeless aesthetic.
