LM Apartment

The owner of this apartment within a Victorian mansion block approached us for a full refurbishment and renovation. The existing property was dated with many small rooms, feeling cramped and old fashioned. Our approach includes the removal of key walls to open up space, bring more natural light into the deepest parts of the apartment, with the aim of creating a spacious and harmonizing feel.

All existing finishes will be replaced with a carefully considered palette of rich walnut tones, sitting against a calm neutral backdrop. Bespoke joinery will be fitted throughout to maximise storage efficiency, whilst allowing the client to display curated collections.
