This existing apartment within its Georgian house was poorly configured resulting in cramped and poorly lit living and kitchen areas. Studio Hallett Ike were approached to sensitively extend and refurbish the apartment.
The design for this project opens up the space considerably, introducing lateral living by adding two modest extended volumes. The reconfiguration of existing space, with interventions for both internal and external finishes, maintains a cohesive and considerate approach throughout.
